We wanted to make robust machines that integrate superior technology compared to commercial standards.
With the Pro-Max series we present on the market machines with single-control drive (joystick) and servo-controllers for all services, which will conquer the most demanding professionals.
They are distinguished by the advanced level of active security. The “industry 4.0” digital control panel, in addition to monitor the vital values of the machine, with motion and tilt sensors, which allow a high level of security, gives the ability to keep a whole series of video values useful to the operator during use.
The use of the machine outside the values allowed, is highlighted by an audible alarm, while an adverse event such as a rollover accidental, it is signaled with an alarm extended and sent to a platform digital, which warns the company manager o of the construction site, of the inconvenience.
2 OVERCENTER VALVES
For greater safety, the machine is equipped with overcenter valves, which eliminate the possibility of increasing the speed when descending (even with large loads) and making it immobile in case of parking on slopes.
HYDRAULIC PLANT
The machine is equipped with 3 gear pumps, which guarantee the movement and use of all the services it is equipped with. In addition to the hydraulic circuit, there is a radiator which allows the oil temperature to be kept constantly below the critical thresholds. There is also a quick-coupling hydraulic power take-off (with a flow rate of 24 L/min at a pressure of 180 bar max) to connect tools, equipment, accessories, such as breakers, circular saws, augers or other.
TRACKS - TRACK TENSIONERS
The recoil springs mounted on the tensioning system, avoid tearing or damage to the track and to the components transmission. Thanks to the length of the tracks and the 4 support rollers per side, the dumper is able to move loads even on rough terrain, bumpy or inclined up to a maximum gradient of 30%.
The track is driven by 4 rollers, 2 of which are fixed and 2 tilting they also allow the car to overcome obstacles safely.
